Typically an hour to an hour and a half, depending on how many windows you are thinking of replacing.  Our representative will go through with you more about the company, the product, inspect your windows and price them out for you.

We have many different options and styles of windows. When our representative inspects your windows, they will measure them and visit with you about the different styles that are available for that particular opening. You may wish to stay with the same style but this is definitely your opportunity to do something different if you would like

We have several different colors available inside and out and also three different wood looks for the inside.

Yes, we do offer double and triple pane windows, but most of our customers do elect to go with triple.  Their R-value is much higher than double so they help a lot more in reducing your energy bills and also really makes your home a lot quieter.

We do not subcontract any of the work. We only use our professional and trained installers from start to finish. Many companies do subcontract the work and then down the road you may run into warranty issues.  You will not have that problem with Heartland of Nebraska.

Our professional installers go all the way to the rough opening when installing your new windows. Most companies do put in pocket windows, which means they are putting in a full framed window inside your existing frame. With pocket windows you lose glass space, really can’t check for rotted wood or insulate as well. By going down to the rough opening, you will not lose as much glass space, we can fully check for rotted wood and if any is found, we will replace the wood and thoroughly insulate around the windows so you won’t have to worry about any air coming in around the window.

There are many benefits to putting in high efficiency windows. First of all the R-rating (insulation value) on our glass is 7.8, one of the highest in the industry. Most of our customers can save anywhere from 40% to 50% on their energy bills. The windows will improve the curb appeal of your home which will help with resale value, your home will be a lot quieter with these triple-pane windows, they are much easier to open, operate, clean and totally maintenance free!

We have a life-time non-prorated warranty.  Most companies say they have a lifetime warranty, but if you read the fine print, there’s a lot of ands, ifs and buts. With Heartland of Nebraska Windows, we will cover your frames, seals, movable parts and even accidental glass breakage, which most window companies won’t touch. When most companies charge at least $75 just to walk through your door for any problems you may have with your windows, we won’t charge you anything. Labor is also included in our warranty!
